Objective: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to use past tenses in business contexts with accuracy and fluency.
Materials: Whiteboard, markers, handouts, laptops or tablets
Warm-up (10 minutes): - Ask students to share a recent experience they had at work or in a business setting. - Write their responses on the board and ask them to identify the past tense verbs. - Review the different past tenses (simple past, past continuous, past perfect) and their uses.
