‘Twas the month of December, in Year 5 Lavender, Where students gathered, full of joy and splendor. Their daily routines, with Christmas cheer, Made each day special, throughout the year.

In the morning, they’d arrive, with smiles so bright, Ready to learn, with all their might. Math and English, Science and Art, Year 5 Lavender, always played their part.

They’d solve equations, with Santa’s math, And write stories, about a reindeer’s path. In Science, they’d experiment, with holiday treats, Mixing potions, like Santa’s little cheats.

At lunchtime, they’d gather, in the festive hall, Sharing stories, and laughter, one and all. They’d feast on turkey, and Christmas cake, Year 5 Lavender, a merry lunch they’d make.

In the afternoon, they’d sing and dance, Practicing carols, with every chance. Their voices harmonized, like angels above, Spreading Christmas spirit, with songs of love.

As the day ended, they’d pack their bags, With dreams of Santa, and his reindeer’s flags. Homework completed, with care and delight, Year 5 Lavender, ready for a silent night.

And as Christmas approached, their excitement grew, Decorating the classroom, with red and green hue. They’d make cards for loved ones, with glitter and glue, Year 5 Lavender, spreading joy, through and through.

So, to Year 5 Lavender, this poem is for you, May your Christmas be merry, and dreams come true. Keep shining bright, like stars in the sky, Year 5 Lavender, you make Christmas fly high!
