A moth, so fragile and light, Fluttering through the night, Adapting to the darkness, With wings so soft and bright.
It dances through the air, With grace and ease so rare, Adapting to the shadows, With a beauty beyond compare.
It seeks the light of the moon, And the stars that twinkle soon, Adapting to the darkness, With a spirit that won’t be hewn.
It weaves its way through the night, With a grace that’s pure and right, Adapting to the darkness, With a strength that’s out of sight.
So let us learn from the moth, And adapt to what we’ve got, For in the darkness we can thrive, And shine like stars that never rot.
