Job Description: The Maternal Health Care & Child Health Care Hospital Staff is responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to pregnant women, new mothers, and children. They work in a hospital setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of patients.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide prenatal care to pregnant women, including regular check-ups, monitoring fetal development, and addressing any complications. 2. Conduct deliveries and assist in cesarean sections, ensuring the safety of both mother and baby. 3. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or equivalent. Specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Pediatrics is preferred. 2. Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in the respective jurisdiction. 3. Work Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital setting. 4. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of maternal and child healthcare practices, including prenatal care, labor and delivery, postnatal care, and pediatric care. 5. Skills: Excellent clinical skills, including the ability to diagnose and treat various medical conditions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and their families. Proficiency in medical record-keeping and use of relevant medical software. 6. Compassion: Demonstrated empathy and compassion towards pregnant women, new mothers, and children. 7. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously. 8.
