Proficient in using computer software and applications, including MS Office. 5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 8. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. 9. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. 10. Knowledge of medical terminology is an added advantage.
