Executive Presence Lesson Plan

Objectives: • Participants will gain an understanding of the concept of executive presence • Participants will identify and understand the most common components of executive presence • Participants will become equipped to recognize and cultivate executive presence in employees or clients that they are training

Time Allotment: 60 minutes
