2-Year Plan: 1. Within the first six months, attend a staff development workshop geared towards classroom management, implementing new technology, and effective instructional techniques. 2. During the first school year, voluntarily attend professional conferences and seminars to gain further knowledge in relevant topics such as child development, curriculum, assessment and pedagogy. 3. Obtain certifications such as National Board for Professional Teaching Standards Certification and/or Google Certified Educator during the first year. 4. Spend the second year engaging in graduate-level courses focusing on educational leadership and special education courses to further develop my teaching practices and nurture collaborative teaching approaches.

5-Year Plan: 1. During the first five years, attend workshops and seminars related to teaching, learning, and student assessment to improve my instructional methodologies. 2. Develop innovative and creative classroom activities to enhance student engagement within the classroom. 3. Pursue master’s or education specialist degrees in educational leadership. 4. Continue to engage in research and publish papers related to improving student learning and instruction. 5. Become an advocate for special education and participate in legislative initiatives to ensure the needs of all students are met.

10-Year Plan: 1. Within the first ten years, develop mentorships and coaching relationships with other educators to enhance the overall quality of teaching. 2. Establish collaborative relationships with faculty, administrators, and community members to develop educational programs and services. 3. Regularly engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices. 4. Pursue doctoral study in a field related to educational leadership and instruction. 5. Utilize technology to improve student learning outcomes and develop an online presence for professional development and instruction.
