Chapter 1 We’ve had quite the week. This morning, Scipio and I decided to break the strict rules at the orphanage. So, we hatched a plan and snuck out. We saw some amazing sights around the city of Venice, but I didn’t realize just how wild it could get. We decided to go to the run-down part of town to find The Thief Lord. What a name! We figured he could help us with a place to stay.

Chapter 2 We met The Thief Lord and it was quite a sight. He was a bit intimidating but knew exactly how to get us a place to stay. We were able to rent a large abandoned movie theater, thanks to him. We now have a safe place to call home, though it’s still a bit run down. But, it’s a start!

Chapter 3 We’ve been staying here for a few weeks now, and it’s become a home. Scipio and I have been exploring the area and getting to know the locals. I’ve already heard stories about mysterious robberies and adventures that take place. I can’t help but be curious.

Chapter 4 I can’t believe we’ve been living here for a month already! The Thief Lord has been teaching us his skills and helping us learn to exist on our own. I can’t help but be impressed; this is a lot more exciting than sitting in an orphanage all day. Our skills are getting better everyday, and I can’t help feel a sense of accomplishment.

Chapter 5 It’s been two months since we moved in with The Thief Lord. We’ve been helping out with some of his jobs, though nothing major yet. I still get a rush of excitement just thinking about it. Who knows what tomorrow’s job will be.

Chapter 6 It’s been a couple months since we joined the gang and I can’t believe how far we’ve come! Scipio and I have learned so much about the city and about ourselves. We truly are the Thief Lord’s boys now, and I’m proud of that. We’ve made a home here and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
