Instructions:
- Introduction (10 minutes):
- Gather the children in a circle and introduce the story of “The Little Red Hen.”
- Briefly summarize the story, highlighting the main characters and the moral of the story (importance of teamwork and sharing responsibilities).
- Character Creation (15 minutes):
- Divide the children into small groups (3-4 members per group).
- Provide each group with art supplies and ask them to create their own unique version of the characters from the story (Little Red Hen, lazy dog, sleepy cat, and noisy duck).
- Encourage creativity and imagination while designing the characters.
- Bakery Adventure (30 minutes):
- Set up a pretend bakery area with tables, mixing bowls, and utensils.
- Assign each group a specific task related to baking (e.g., mixing ingredients, rolling dough, decorating cookies).
