Colonel Ulrich Brockmann: Colonel Ulrich was an influential German officer in the Nazi party. He had a keen interest in psychology and recognized its potential tocontribute to the German war effort. He was an expert on Operant Conditioning and behavioral conditioning, which he used to teach field commanders and officers how to use psychological techniques to strengthen discipline and motivate troops. He even used these techniques to create loyalty and obedience to the Nazi cause among the German civilians. After the war, Colonel Ulrich was tried and convicted for war crimes, due to his involvement in some of the most heinous Eugenics projects performed by the Nazi party. He was eventually released, but the effects of his conductual conditioning and Operant Conditioning are still felt to this day.
