Hi friends! Today we are going to learn about man-made or artificial things. Do you know what man-made things are? They are things that are made by people and not by nature. Let’s look at some examples of man-made things together.

First, we have buildings. Houses, offices, and stores are all examples of buildings that people use. Can you think of any buildings that you have been to before?

Next, we have roads. Roads are paths where cars and people can travel. Have you ever been on a road trip before?

Bridges are structures that go over water or other things to connect two places. Have you ever crossed a bridge before?

Dams are structures built across rivers to create lakes and make electricity. Can you imagine a big wall built across a river?

Canals are man-made waterways for boats or for watering plants. Have you ever seen a canal before?

Airports are places where planes take off and land. Have you ever been on a plane before?

Railways are tracks where trains go to take people or things from one place to another. Have you ever been on a train before?

Docks and ports are places where boats can load and unload things. Have you ever seen a big cargo ship before?

Lastly, we have sports facilities. Places where people can play sports like basketball and swimming. Have you ever played a sport before?

So, those are some examples of man-made things. Can you think of any other man-made things that we didn’t mention? Remember, man-made things are made by people and not by nature. Thanks for learning with me today, friends!
