Procedure:
- Introduction (5 minutes)
- Begin the lesson by asking students how they feel today and why.
- Discuss the importance of recognizing and understanding emotions.
- Explain that today’s lesson will focus on social-emotional learning and developing skills to manage emotions effectively.
- Emotion Exploration (15 minutes)
- Introduce different emotions using emotion cards.
- Display each card and ask students to share situations that might make them feel that way.
- Discuss how emotions can affect our behavior and interactions with others.
- Encourage students to share personal experiences related to different emotions.
- Empathy and Understanding (15 minutes)
- Explain the concept of empathy and its importance in understanding others’ emotions.

- Divide students into pairs or small groups.
- Distribute scenario cards and ask students to discuss how they would feel in those situations and how they think others might feel.
