Warm-up (10 minutes): - Jogging around the field for 2 minutes - Dynamic stretching (high knees, butt kicks, lunges, etc.) for 5 minutes - Ball control drills (dribbling, passing, receiving) for 3 minutes

Main Activity 1: “Attack the Goal” (20 minutes) - Divide the class into two teams and set up a small field with two goals - Each team will have a turn to attack and try to score a goal while the other team defends - The attacking team must work together to pass the ball and create scoring opportunities - The defending team must work together to block shots and steal the ball - After each turn, switch roles and continue playing for 10 minutes

Main Activity 2: “Scrimmage” (25 minutes) - Divide the class into two teams and set up a larger field with two goals - Play a full game with the objective of attacking the opponent’s goal and scoring as many goals as possible - Encourage teamwork, communication, and good sportsmanship - Play for 20 minutes and switch sides halfway through

Cooldown (5 minutes): - Static stretching (hamstrings, quads, calves, etc.) for 3 minutes - Cool down jog for 2 minutes

Assessment: - Observe students’ ability to attack the opponent’s goal during the game activities - Provide feedback on teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship - Encourage students to reflect on their performance and identify areas for improvement
