Introduction: This course focuses on the practical applications of generative AI for workplace training and development. The lesson will introduce the participants to generative AI tools and discuss their advantages over traditional training methods. The participants will be guided through the process of applying and utilising generative AI tools and gain an understanding of how they can be effectively utilised to develop training initiatives in their workplace.
