LESSON OUTLINE
I. Introduction (10 minutes) A. Introduce the importance of understanding and using will power to achieve your goals (5 minutes) - Explain how having a strong will can help people reach their goals - Provide real-life examples of people who have achieved great things because of their strong will power
B. Examples of Will Power (5 minutes) - Share examples of people who have used will power to achieve their goals - Talk about how and why the examples used their will power
II. Exercises (15 minutes) A. Discuss the anatomy of will power and the areas where it can be strengthened (5 minutes) - Explain the three components of will power and how they interact - Discuss which areas need to be strengthened in order to increase will power
B. Practice exercises for building and understanding will power (10 minutes) - Give various examples of exercises for building will power - Allow students to share their own experiences with building will power
III. Reflection (10 minutes) A. Ask students to reflect on their experiences with will power (5 minutes) - Ask reflective questions about how they can use will power in their own lives
B. Wrapping Up (5 minutes) - Share a summary of the class discussion - Invite students to continue exploring the concept of will power and its importance in achieving goals
