Introduction

Introduce the lesson plan topic: the nervous system. Ask students to explain what the nervous system is and the roles it plays in the body. Explain the importance of learning about the nervous system, and discuss its components.

-How does the autonomic nervous system regulate bodily functions?

-Group discussion about what has been learnt.

-Quizzes/exams.

Differentiation

-Visual representations of the nervous system to demonstrate the different components.
