Lesson Outline: 1. Define Wellbeing (10 minutes) a. Present a clear definition of wellbeing, emphasizing its holistic nature. b. Discuss the different dimensions of wellbeing, such as physical, emotional, social, and mental wellbeing. c. Use examples to help students understand each dimension.

  1. Factors Affecting Wellbeing (15 minutes) a. Introduce various factors that can influence wellbeing, such as relationships, physical health, mental health, school, and environment. b.
