Lesson Plan:

  1. Starter Activity (5 minutes): - Display a photo of various forms of money (coins, banknotes, credit cards, etc.) on the screen. - Ask students to identify and name the different forms of money they see. - Discuss their responses as a class and introduce the concept of different forms of money.

  2. Introduction (5 minutes): - Begin the PowerPoint presentation with an engaging introduction to the topic of money and banking. - Explain the importance of money in our daily lives and the role it plays in the economy. - Share real-life examples to help students understand the significance of money.

  3. Functions of Money (10 minutes): - Present a slide explaining the functions of money (medium of exchange, unit of account, store of value). - Divide students into pairs or small groups and provide them with a handout. - Instruct them to discuss and write down examples of each function of money. - After a few minutes, ask each group to share their examples with the class.

  4.
