Objective: - Students will understand the concepts of self-esteem and self-concept. - Students will explore the factors that influence self-esteem and self-concept. - Students will learn strategies to improve self-esteem and develop a positive self-concept.

Procedure:

Introduction (10 minutes) a. Begin the lesson by asking students to define self-esteem and self-concept. Write their responses on the board. b.
