Procedure:
- Warm-up (5 minutes):

- Encourage students to share their plans using the simple future tense. For example, “I will go shopping on Saturday” or “I am going to visit my parents next month.”
- Introduction (10 minutes):
- Write the simple future tense on the board and explain that it is used to talk about actions or events that will happen in the future.
- Provide examples of sentences using the simple future tense, such as “I will call you later” or “She is going to travel next week.”
- Highlight the use of “will” and “going to” as the two common ways to form the simple future tense.
- Explanation and Practice (20 minutes):
- Explain the difference between “will” and “going to” for future predictions and plans.
- Use the whiteboard to write down the rules and structures for each form.
- Provide examples and ask students to identify whether “will” or “going to” is used in each sentence.
