Middle School Basketball Sports Contract

This contract is entered into by and between [School Name] Middle School and the student-athlete named below. Both parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this contract for the duration of the basketball season.

3. Behavior and Sportsmanship: The student-athlete agrees to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times, both on and off the court. This includes treating coaches, teammates, opponents, officials, and spectators with respect and refraining from any form of unsportsmanlike conduct.
