Once upon a time, there was a capybara named Carl and an alpaca named Alex. They lived in a big field together and were the best of friends.

Carl loved to swim in the pond, but Alex was afraid of the water. So, Carl would always stay close to the edge of the pond so that Alex could watch him swim safely.

Alex loved to eat the grass in the field, but Carl didn’t like to eat alone. So, Alex would always wait for Carl to finish swimming before they ate together.

One day, a big storm came and the field flooded. Carl was scared because he couldn’t swim in the deep water, but Alex knew just what to do. He used his long neck to help Carl climb onto his back and they floated to safety.

From that day on, Carl and Alex were even closer friends. They knew that no matter what happened, they would always be there for each other. And they lived happily ever after in their big field, swimming and eating together every day.
