I was walking home from school one day when I saw a figure in the distance. It was a ghost! I couldn’t believe my eyes. I tried to run away, but my legs wouldn’t move. The ghost came closer and closer until it was right in front of me.

I was so scared that I closed my eyes and waited for the worst. But when I opened them again, the ghost was gone. I looked around, but there was no sign of it anywhere.

I couldn’t stop thinking about the ghost for days. I wondered why it had appeared to me and what it wanted. But I never saw it again.

Now, whenever I walk home from school, I always keep an eye out for any signs of the ghost. Maybe one day it will come back and reveal its secrets to me.
