Once upon a time, there was a boy named Tim who loved playing basketball. He was very excited because his school was having a big basketball game against their rival team.

During the game, Tim’s team was winning by a lot. They were playing so well that everyone was cheering and clapping for them. Tim was feeling confident and wanted to show off his skills.

But then, something unexpected happened. Tim got confused and forgot which goal was his team’s goal. He thought the other team’s goal was his own! Without realizing his mistake, he dribbled the ball towards the wrong goal.

All of Tim’s teammates and the crowd started shouting, “No, Tim! Wrong way!” But Tim couldn’t hear them. He was too focused on scoring a point for his team.

With all his might, Tim jumped up and shot the ball towards the wrong goal. The ball flew through the air and went right into the basket! Everyone gasped in shock.

Tim turned around, expecting his teammates to cheer for him. But instead, they were all standing there with their mouths wide open. The other team’s players were laughing and pointing at him.

Tim finally realized his mistake. He felt so embarrassed and wanted to disappear. He quickly ran back to his own side of the court, feeling very silly.

Even though Tim’s team won the game, he couldn’t forget the moment he shot on the wrong goal. From that day on, Tim always made sure to double-check which goal was his team’s goal before shooting.

And so, Tim learned an important lesson that day. It’s not just about scoring points, but also about paying attention and knowing where you’re going.

Wrong way!” they shouted, but their words fell on deaf ears. Tim was entirely engrossed in his mission to score a point for his team.
