Once upon a time, there was a girl named Lily. It was her first day of school. She wore a pretty blue dress and shiny shoes. Lily’s mom packed her a yummy lunch. Lily walked to school with her dad. Version 2: Same

Lily’s mom packed her a delicious lunch with her favorite sandwich and some yummy fruits. She hugged Lily tightly and said, “Have a wonderful day, my sweet girl!”
Lily walked to school with her dad. She held his hand tightly, feeling a little nervous. When they arrived, she saw lots of other children with big smiles on their faces. They were all excited too!
Inside the classroom, Lily found a seat next to a friendly girl named Emily. The teacher, Miss Johnson, introduced herself and welcomed everyone. She had a warm smile that made Lily feel safe.
