Excitedly, Lily put on her warmest coat, hat, and gloves. She rushed outside and started building a snowman. She rolled a big snowball for the body, a smaller one for the head, and found two sticks for arms. She even gave the snowman a carrot for a nose and rocks for eyes and buttons.

As Lily admired her creation, she noticed something sparkling in the distance. Curiosity filled her heart, and she followed the glimmering path. To her surprise, she stumbled upon a frozen pond. The ice was so smooth and shiny, it looked like a mirror.

Lily carefully stepped onto the ice, feeling a bit nervous. But as she glided across the frozen pond, she couldn’t help but giggle with joy. She twirled and spun, pretending to be a graceful ice skater. It was the most fun she had ever had.

After a while, Lily’s tummy started rumbling. She knew it was time to head back home. As she walked back, she noticed the snowflakes falling gently from the sky. Each snowflake was unique and beautiful, just like her winter wonderland.
