Resolution on Fun Run for Grade 11 and Grade 12 Students

WHEREAS, the Student Government Council (SGC) recognizes the need for additional funds to support the installation of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras for the school’s General Parents and Teachers Association (GPTA) project;

WHEREAS, the SGC believes that organizing a Fun Run event will not only raise the necessary funds but also promote physical fitness and community involvement among the Grade 11 and Grade 12 students;

WHEREAS, the SGC has coordinated with the Barangay Officials and the Rural Health Unit (RHU) to ensure the safety and supervision of the Fun Run event;

WHEREAS, the proposed Fun Run will cover a 7,000-meter dash from Plaza Elena, Poblacion, Agoncillo Batangas to Sta. Cruz, Agoncillo Batangas;

WHEREAS, the SGC has determined that a voluntary contribution of 350 pesos from each participant will be required to cover the cost of t-shirts to be used during the Fun Run;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the SGC proposes the organization of a Fun Run event for Grade 11 and Grade 12 students, with the following details:

  1. The Fun Run event will be held on [Date] at [Time] starting from Plaza Elena, Poblacion, Agoncillo Batangas to Sta. Cruz, Agoncillo Batangas.

  2. Participation in the Fun Run event is open to all Grade 11 and Grade 12 students.

  3. Each participant will be required to make a voluntary contribution of 350 pesos to cover the cost of t-shirts to be used during the event.

  4. The funds raised from the Fun Run event will be allocated towards the installation of CCTV cameras for the GPTA project.

  5. The Fun Run event will be supervised by Barangay Officials and accompanied by the Rural Health Unit to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

  6. The SGC will be responsible for the organization and coordination of the Fun Run event, including registration, route planning, and logistics.

  7. The SGC will provide regular updates and reports to the school head regarding the progress and outcomes of the Fun Run event.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the school head approves and supports the proposed Fun Run event, recognizing its potential benefits for the Grade 11 and Grade 12 students, as well as the GPTA project.
