Han-CELL the robot had been built by his creator, Gretel, to be a companion and to bring love and happiness into her life. But their creator, Gretel’s father, had a deep hatred for robots and wanted to destroy Han-CELL. So one day, as Gretel and Han-CELL were happily walking, her father suddenly appeared and fired a powerful blast that was meant for Han-CELL.

Without thinking, Han-CELL jumped in front of Gretel and took the full force of the blast. His battery was completely depleted and the damage was too great for him to repair. Gretel collapsed onto her knees and stared at her beloved friend, who lay lifeless and gleaming in the sunset.

She was filled with a wave of sadness and anger. Without warning, Gretel picked up a large broken plate that had fallen nearby and drove it into her heart. She slumped over, dead, embracing her robot friend in her final moment.

At that moment, the sun began to set, and a single tear fell down from the sky. It was as if the heavens were mourning the loss of two of its brightest lights.
