It was a quiet day in the small pretty town of Winslow, when all of a sudden there was a gruesome moment of terror. Every day for the past two months, a serial killer had been laying siege to the town, entering homes and murdering the inhabitants inside. Panic and fear spread quickly through the community, and the town was in an uproar.

The detective assigned to the case had his hands full. He had been trying to piece together the killer’s pattern and figure out who the killer was, but could not make any significant progress. Every time the killer struck, he left no traces. He seemed to vanish into thin air.

Day by day, he grew more and more frustrated, until he finally had an idea. He asked all the neighbours to open their doors and cooperate with him. He placed police officers at all the doors and set up a plan.

The plan worked. They managed to capture the killer the following evening. He was a foreigner, wearing a yellow jacket and always seemed to carry a knife.The detective was able to determine the next house the killer was going to target and was able to set a trap.

The killer was caught and brought to justice. The people of Winslow could now finally return to their normal lives, knowing that the killer was no longer hunting them.

But who knows what other terrifying events might still be lurking around the corner?
