But why do we trade? Well, it’s because we all have different things that we’re good at making or producing. For example, some countries are really good at growing bananas, while others are really good at making cars. So, we trade with each other to get the things we need and want.

And it’s not just countries that trade - people can trade too! Like when you trade your sandwich for your friend’s cookies at lunchtime.

So, let’s all remember that trade is important and helps us get the things we need and want. And who knows, maybe one day you’ll be a famous trader!
