Step 2: Identify Key Departments and Roles - Make a list of the key departments within the hospital, such as Administration, Medical Services, Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, etc. - Identify the main roles within each department, such as CEO, Medical Director, Head Nurse, Pharmacist, Lab Technician, etc.

Step 3: Determine Reporting Relationships - Analyze the reporting relationships within the hospital. For example, who reports to whom? Who is responsible for overseeing specific departments? - Use this information to establish the hierarchy and structure of the organizational chart.

Step 4: Sketch the Organizational Chart - Begin by drawing a rectangle at the top of the page, representing the CEO or the highest authority in the hospital. - Below the CEO, draw rectangles or squares for each department head, connecting them to the CEO with lines. - From each department head, draw lines downward to represent the roles within that department. - Continue this process for each department, ensuring that the lines connect the roles to the appropriate department head.

Step 5: Add Job Descriptions - Beside each role on the organizational chart, write a brief job description that outlines the responsibilities and duties of that position. - Use concise language and bullet points to make the job descriptions easy to read and understand.

Step 6: Review and Refine - Take a step back and review the organizational chart you have created. - Ensure that the hierarchy and reporting relationships accurately reflect the structure of Materanal & Child Health Private Hospital. - Make any necessary adjustments or refinements to improve the clarity and readability of the chart.

Step 7: Finalize the Organizational Chart - Once you are satisfied with the design and content of the organizational chart, transfer it to a clean sheet of paper or create a digital version using design software. - Ensure that the chart is neat, organized, and easy to follow. - Add a title at the top of the chart, such as “Materanal & Child Health Private Hospital Organizational Chart.”

Congratulations! You have successfully designed the organizational chart for Materanal & Child Health Private Hospital, including job descriptions for each role.
