Passing practice: Split the children into two teams and have them practice both short and long passes.

Dribbling station: Set up cones around the field and have the children practice dribbling the ball around them.

Shooting practice: Place markers around the penalty box and have the children take turns trying to shoot the ball past them.

Ball control: Have the children practice juggling, hamstring curls and pull backs to increase their ball control.

Small sided game: Split the children into two teams and have them play a 5-a-side game on a half sized pitch.

Cool down: Provide the children with a quick yoga session to help them cool down.
