  1. Warm-up: Jog around the field two times, followed by 5 minutes of dynamic stretching.

  2. Passing practice: Split the children into two teams and have them practice both short and long passes.

  3. Dribbling station: Set up cones around the field and have the children practice dribbling the ball around them.

  4. Shooting practice: Place markers around the penalty box and have the children take turns trying to shoot the ball past them.

  5. Ball control: Have the children practice juggling, hamstring curls and pull backs to increase their ball control.

  6. Small sided game: Split the children into two teams and have them play a 5-a-side game on a half sized pitch.

  7. Cool down: Provide the children with a quick yoga session to help them cool down.
