Student Self-Monitoring Checklist for Lucius:

  5. Engage in Small Group Work: - Did I actively participate in small group activities? - Did I contribute ideas and opinions during discussions? - Did I complete my assigned tasks for small group work?

  6. Focus and Concentration: - Did I stay focused during independent work time? - Did I avoid daydreaming or staring off into space? - Did I remind myself to stay engaged and interested in the task?

  7. Social/Emotional/Behavioral Goals: - Did I demonstrate kindness and respect towards others? - Did I actively participate in the social/communication group? - Did I attend the group meetings regularly and on time?
