Chapter 1 of the book “Patito Feo” is about a little duckling named Patito. Patito is very small and different from the other ducks. The other ducks make fun of Patito because of how he looks. But Patito is a kind and brave duckling. He doesn’t let the other ducks’ mean words bother him. Instead, he tries to make friends with them. Patito shows that it’s important to be kind to others, even if they are different.
