In chapter 2 of Atomic Habits, the author talks about how small changes can make a big difference. He uses the example of a plane flying from Los Angeles to New York. If the plane is off course by just one degree, it will end up hundreds of miles off course by the time it reaches New York. The same is true for our habits. If we make small changes in our habits, they can add up to big changes over time. So, even if it seems like a small change, it can make a big difference in the long run.
