In chapter two of “The Little Prince,” the narrator describes his childhood drawing of a boa constrictor swallowing an elephant. However, adults always mistook it for a hat. The narrator then explains how he became a pilot and crashed in the Sahara desert. There, he meets the little prince, who asks him to draw a sheep. The narrator struggles to draw a sheep that the little prince approves of, but eventually succeeds. The little prince then reveals that he is from a small planet called Asteroid B-612 and tells the narrator about his travels to other planets. The chapter ends with the little prince asking the narrator to draw him a sheep one more time.
