Week 1: Introduction to Scamming - Discuss the concept of scamming and its impact on individuals and society - Analyze examples of scamming in written form - Identify common language patterns and techniques used in scamming

Week 2: Language and Writing - Review the basics of grammar, punctuation, and spelling - Discuss the importance of using accurate language in writing - Practice identifying and correcting errors in written text

Week 3: Research and Reference Materials - Introduce the concept of reference materials and their importance in writing - Explore different types of reference materials, including dictionaries, thesauruses, and style guides - Practice using reference materials to check the accuracy of written text

Week 4: Collaborative Writing and Peer Review - Discuss the benefits of collaborative writing and peer review - Practice giving and receiving constructive feedback on written work - Use success criteria to evaluate the accuracy of written text

Week 5: Applying Knowledge to Scamming - Apply the knowledge and skills learned in previous weeks to analyze and critique examples of scamming in written form - Practice writing responses to scamming attempts using accurate language and reference materials - Reflect on the importance of using language accurately in writing to avoid falling victim to scams.
