Unit 1: Self-Management and Organizational Strategies Week 1-2: - Introduction to the course and its objectives - Understanding the importance of self-management and organization in middle school - Identifying personal strengths and areas for improvement - Introducing different organizational strategies (e.g., using planners, creating to-do lists, setting reminders) - Practice implementing organizational strategies in daily routines
