No Equipment Needed: * High Knees * Jumping Jacks * Push-Ups * Mountain Climbers * Squats
Circuit Directions: 1. Jog a lap around the playground. 2. Place stability ball between feet and do 10 squats. 3. Jog to the front of the playground and do 10 jumping jacks. 4. Stand with feet shoulder width apart, do 10 push-ups. 5. Jog to the center of the playground and do 10 mountain climbers each side. 6. Place two cones 10 feet apart and withmedicine ball, perform 10 chest passes. 7. Jog to the back of the playground and do 10 high knees. 8. Stand with feet shoulder width apart, do 10 jumping jacks. 9. Place two cones 10 feet apart and with jump rope, perform 10 jumps. 10. Jog a final lap around the playground as a cool down.
