  2. Adjective Brainstorm (10 minutes):
    • Display a chart paper or use a whiteboard to create a word web.

    • Write down their suggestions around the word “School” on the chart paper.
  3. Adjective Word Cards (10 minutes):
    • Distribute adjective word cards to each student or in small groups.
    • Explain that they will be using these word cards to collect data around the school.
    • Instruct students to find objects or places in the school that match the adjective on their card.
    • Encourage them to write down or draw the objects/places they find.
  4. Data Collection Walk (15 minutes):
    • Take the students on a walk around the school, allowing them to explore different areas.
    • Instruct them to observe and collect data using their adjective word cards.
    • Remind students to write down or draw the objects/places they find and the corresponding adjective.
  5. Data Sharing and Discussion (10 minutes):
    • Gather the students back in the classroom.
    • Ask volunteers to share the objects/places they found and the adjectives they used.
    • Write down their findings on the chart paper or whiteboard.
    • Discuss similarities and differences in their observations.
    • Encourage students to ask questions and engage in a conversation about their findings.
  6. Reflective Activity (5 minutes):
    • Ask students to reflect on their experience and share one thing they learned about adjectives.
    • Allow a few students to share their reflections with the class.
  7. Extension Activity (optional):
    • If available, use a camera or smartphones to take pictures of the objects/places students found.
    • Create a class photo album or display board with the pictures and corresponding adjectives.
    • Encourage students to write sentences using the adjectives and the objects/places in the pictures.

Conclusion: - Recap the main points of the lesson, emphasizing that adjectives are words that describe nouns. - Congratulate students on their active participation and data collection. - Encourage them to continue using adjectives in their everyday language and writing.
