Challenge Course:Participants get to work together in a series of outdoor and indoor challenges, such as ropes courses, making an obstacle course, and building an item with limited resources. At the end, the group discusses their experiences and how they worked together to overcome the challenges.

Diversity and Inclusion Workshop: This workshop utilizes experience sharing, role-playing and other activities to discuss the different ways in which diversity and inclusion can benefit a company. It also provides the opportunity for participants to share their perspectives on diversity and inclusion.

Communications and Leadership Workshop: Through role-plays and other activities, this workshop encourages participants to develop their listening and communication skills, as well as their problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to ultimately become better leaders. It also explores the value of effective teamwork and team collaboration.
