Lesson 1
Steps:
- Step-touch (8 counts)
- V-step (8 counts)
- Side, Together, Side (8 counts)
- March (8 counts)
Choreography: Start with the right, then left step-touches outside. Replace the last two step-touches with a V-step (right-left-right). Follow with alternating sides steps (right-left-together, left-right-together). Finally, march in place for the last 8 counts.
Lesson 2
Steps:
- Step Touch (8 counts)
- Step– Heel, Heel Toe (8 counts)
- Step-lockstep (8 counts)
- Double Step-Touch (8 counts)
Choreography: Step-touch 4 times, alternate the fourth touch with a step–heel, heel, toe. Do a right-left step-lockstep and finish with alternating-side double-step-touches.
Lesson 3
Steps:
- Step– Heel, Heel Toe Combination (8 counts)
- Split (8 counts)
- Forward, Tap, Back (8 counts)
- Curl –side, Together, Side (8 counts)
Choreography: Begin with a combination of alternating steps–heel, heel, toe. Follow with an alternating- legs split. Step forward with the right and taps back with the left. Do curling side steps (right-left-together, left-right-together).
Lesson 4
Steps:
- Knee Pop (8 counts)
- Horizontal V-Step (8 counts)
- Side Step 4-Count – Hop (8 counts)
- Shoulder Pop (8 counts)
Choreography: Start with 4 knee pops outside, followed by a horizontal V-step. Alternate the last two knee pops with side steps and hops. Then shoulder pop 4 times to the right, followed by 4 times to the left.
Lesson 5
Steps:
- Knee Pop, Pivot (8 counts)
- Scissor Steps (8 counts)
- Rock Step, Heel – Step (8 counts)
- Hop Nine (8 counts)
Choreography: Starting with the right side, do a knee-pop and pivot. Follow this with a scissor step (right-left-right-left). Do a rock step, heel–step. Finish with a hop nine (right-left-together, left-right-together, right-left-together).
