The Federal Ministry of Justice and the respondent institutions are responsible for upholding the rule of law and enforcing criminal law to ensure justice for the federal government and the people. They also aim to improve the quality of civil society service delivery, document verification and registration, corrections and rehabilitation of prisoners, and economic justice services. To achieve these goals, a long-term strategic plan has been established, which includes specific goals for the next three years.
In order to implement this strategic plan effectively, a master plan for the 2016 fiscal year has been developed and shared with all relevant departments of the ministry and respondent institutions. This plan will be regularly monitored and evaluated to identify any necessary adjustments or improvements. The six-month plan implementation report will assess the progress made in key activities and compare it against the targets set.
The report is divided into several sections, including the vision, mission, and values of the Ministry of Justice of FEDER, the planning and orientation chapter, the plan implementation chapter, and the remedial measures taken for any problems encountered during implementation. It also includes a section on strengths, weaknesses, and future focus areas, as well as key performance indicators, metrics, and targets.
By regularly evaluating and adjusting the plan, the Federal Ministry of Justice and the respondent institutions aim to continuously improve their services and ensure the effective delivery of justice.
