One example of the law of conservation is the conservation of energy. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, but it can be transferred or transformed from one form to another. For instance, when a ball is thrown into the air, the potential energy it possesses is converted into kinetic energy as it falls back down. The total amount of energy remains constant throughout the process.
