Procedure:

  1. Introduction (5 minutes)

      • What do you do after school?
    • Write down their responses on the board.
  2. Vocabulary Building (10 minutes)
    • Introduce new vocabulary related to daily routines, such as:
      • Wake up, brush teeth, take a shower, get dressed, eat breakfast, go to school, have lunch, do homework, play, have dinner, go to bed.
    • Write the vocabulary words on the board and explain their meanings using gestures or visuals.

  3. Sentence Formation (10 minutes)
    • Model sentence formation using the vocabulary words. For example:
      • “I wake up at 7 o’clock in the morning.”

    • Have students practice forming sentences using the vocabulary words in pairs or small groups.
  4. Guided Practice (10 minutes)

    • Collect the sticky notes and stick them on the chart paper, creating a class routine chart.

    • Distribute worksheets (optional) or provide blank paper to each student.
    • Instruct students to write or draw a simple narrative about their daily routines, using the vocabulary words and sentence structure.
