OBJECTIVE:
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to explain what is meant by the term ‘living things’ and describe some of their characteristics
MATERIALS:
-Copies of the worksheet -Chart paper or board
PROCEDURE:
- Introduction & Motivation: (5 minutes)
Start by asking students what they think living things are. As they give responses, jot them down on the chart paper or board.
- Activity: (10 minutes)
Distribute the worksheet and give students some time to complete it.
- Review: (10 minutes)
Now, review what students wrote by going through the worksheet in class.
- Summary: (5 minutes)
Remind students what living things are and what characteristics define them.
CONCLUSION:
