Title: Introduction to Save, Open, and Undo Commands in MS Word

Procedure:
- Introduction (5 minutes):

- Save Command (10 minutes):
- Explain that the Save command is used to save a document to the computer’s storage.
- Demonstrate how to save a new document by clicking on the “File” tab, selecting “Save As,” and choosing a location to save the document.
- Show students how to save an existing document by clicking on the “File” tab and selecting “Save.”
- Distribute the handout with step-by-step instructions for saving a document.
- Allow students to practice saving a document on their own.
- Open Command (10 minutes):
- Explain that the Open command is used to open an existing document in MS Word.
- Demonstrate how to open a document by clicking on the “File” tab, selecting “Open,” and browsing for the desired document.
- Show students how to open a recently used document by clicking on the “File” tab and selecting the document from the list.
- Distribute the handout with step-by-step instructions for opening a document.
- Allow students to practice opening a document on their own.
- Undo Command (10 minutes):
- Explain that the Undo command is used to reverse the last action performed in MS Word.
- Demonstrate how to undo an action by clicking on the “Undo” button in the toolbar or by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Z.
- Show students that the Undo command can be used multiple times to undo several actions.
