Procedure:

2. Activity (20 minutes): Have students create their own Twitter accounts. Distribute the handouts with Twitter tips and suggest strategies for maintaining an appropriate digital footprint. Allow students time to practice using different Twitter functions.

3. Discussion (10 minutes): Ask students to explain the importance of maintaining an appropriate digital footprint. Allow students to share any experiences they have had with Twitter.

4. Review/Closure (10 minutes): As a summary activity, ask students to make a short list of the most important tips for responsible use of Twitter.
