  4. Elaborate (60 minutes):
    • Instruct students to review their own research papers or projects and identify the key elements of their research methodology.
    • Provide guidelines for creating a presentation using presentation software.
    • Encourage students to include visual aids, such as charts, graphs, or images, to enhance their presentations.
    • Allow time for students to work individually or in pairs to create their presentations.
  5. Evaluate (20 minutes):
    • Distribute the rubric for assessing the presentations.
    • Divide the class into small groups and assign each group a few presentations to evaluate.
    • Instruct students to provide constructive feedback based on the rubric criteria.
    • Facilitate a class discussion to share the feedback and discuss common strengths and areas for improvement.
  6. Extend (10 minutes):
    • Conclude the lesson by discussing the importance of effective presentation skills in various academic and professional contexts.
    • Encourage students to continue refining their presentation skills and seek opportunities to present their research in other settings, such as conferences or competitions.
