  1. Shuttle Runs: Set up cones or markers about 10-15 meters apart. Start at one end and sprint to the first marker, touch it, then sprint back to the starting point. Repeat this process for each marker, increasing the speed and intensity as you go. This drill will help improve your speed and endurance on the court.

  2. Interval Training: Set up a circuit of different exercises such as high knees, jumping jacks, burpees, and mountain climbers. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then rest for 30 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Repeat the circuit 3-4 times. This drill will help improve your overall stamina and endurance.

  3. Suicide Runs: Set up cones or markers at various distances on the court. Start at one end and sprint to the first marker, touch it, then sprint back to the starting point. Repeat this process for each marker, increasing the distance each time. This drill will help improve your speed and endurance while simulating game-like movements.

  4. Continuous Shooting: Set up a shooting station at one end of the court. Start by shooting from a designated spot, then immediately retrieve the ball and shoot from another spot. Repeat this process for a set amount of time or until you reach a certain number of successful shots. This drill will help improve your shooting accuracy and stamina.

  5. Full Court Sprints: Start at one end of the court and sprint to the other end as fast as possible. Rest for a few seconds, then sprint back to the starting point. Repeat this process for a set amount of time or until you reach a certain number of sprints. This drill will help improve your speed and endurance over longer distances.

Remember to warm up properly before performing these drills and listen to your body to avoid overexertion or injury. Gradually increase the intensity and duration of the drills as your stamina improves.
